I've been running like crazy this week, I hope that all of you are good and having fun during this lovely spring weather. I have a really simple recipe for you today and I hope that you'll enjoy these delicious orange peels.
Have Fun!
Ingredients (about 40 strips)
4 oranges
2 cups of sugar and 1/2 cup for coating
2 cups of water
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
How to make
Peel the onranges and cut the rind into strips. Boil in water for 15 minutes and repeat 3 times using fresh water everytime. Simmer the sugar and water, add the peel and cook for 30 minutes. Drain and toss in granulated sugar. Transfer to a rack and let them dry overnight. Dip in melted chocolate and let harden.
Enjoy!!!
