French toast is an ancient recipe.. Although it is known as french toast, this recipe has been cooked for ages all over the world.
I think that it's a very good choice for kids breakfast.

2 tablespoons thyme honey
A few pistachios rouphly chopped
Ground Cinnamon

Using a bowl Whisk the eggs with milk, salt and sugar.Usong a biscuit cutter of your chioce cut the shapes and dip them in egg mixture on both sides.
Coat a skillet  with some olive oil and place over medium heat. Cook the avgofetes on both sides until you get this perfect golden-brown color of deliciousnes!
Serve them stuffed with the soften cheese, drizzle with honey and sprinkle the pistachios and cinnamon.
