Seafood (By the Sea) !




TGIF!!! Weekend is almost here! A chance to do things we love, rest or take a walk to a new place..
This recipe today is one of my favourites and some how it reminds me of Greece..
It reminds me all the sweet and adorable little taverns by the sea, friends and family eating fresh fish and seafood, drinking wine or ouzo..laughing laughing!
Ohh cant wait till next Summer!



Ingredients (4 people) 

20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 / 2 pound calamari squid, cut into rings or slices
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 / 2 red bell pepper
1 / 2 yellow bell pepper
1 / 2 green bell pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 / 2 teaspoon ground coriander
5 tablespoons olive oil
1  lemon (juice)
Salt - Pepper


Directions 

Put a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot add the onions, garlic, curry, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add peppers, stir and add the shrimp and calamari. Stir frequently and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, remove from heat and serve with chopped mint.
